Corn Furnace Home Models

Eagle Manufacturing's corn furnace... a highly efficient concept of biomass heat. In times of quickly rising energy costs it makes sense to use a heat source that utilizes a resource that is renewable, readily available, and extremely cost effective. The Eagle Manufacturing 50, 100, and 200 model corn furnace burns shelled corn, wood pellets, and many other bio products.

Thermostatically Controlled

Your home, business, or garage's thermostat electronically controls the fuel feed system and blower to provide a constant comfortable living environment. The unit will remain lit as long as the bin contains fuel and will shut down automatically if the fuel supply is depleted. The storage bin holds up to 10 bushels of corn in both the 100 and 200 models, which is automatically fed into the combustion chamber as needed.

New Improvements

Along with introducing a new 50k BTU Model, as well as 500k BTU model, Eagle Manufacturing has made several key improvements to its Corn Furnaces. The Model 100 is totally redesigned for 2007. These improvements will affect performance, efficiency and convenience. The air flow system has been improved by enlarging the heat exchanger tubes which results in an efficiency increase by 30%! With a 1500 CFM Blower, your getting more bang for your buck. Saving money has never been so easy with Eagle Manufacturing Corn Burning Furnaces. Eagle Manufacturing Corn Burning Burners are an excellent alternative for homes, small and large businesses, including greenhouses, as all models are now available with stainless steel. These units are not limited to shelled corn, wood pellets work just as well. Our 2007 Corn Burners provide more air circulation to keep your entire heating space more comfortable. Please take the time to look at alternative angles of our Biomass Furnaces on our new specs page.

High Quality Construction

The Eagle Manufacturing 100 and 200 corn furnace model units feature high quality construction for long lasting performance. 11-gauge steel is used on the heat exchanger. We now offer the option of a stainless steel frame. In addition, with each unit you will receive an burn pot for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Advantages Over Wood

The Eagle Manufacturing 100 and 200 corn furnace model systems have many advantages over wood heat. Along with the thermostatic control, the low stack temperatures and absence of creosote buildup eliminates the possibility of chimney fires. There is no daily maintenance. Also, with the available 100,000 or 200,000 BTU models you can easily heat an entire garage, home, commercial business, or industrial shop. The use of these biomass fuels also eliminates the mess of bark, insects, splinters, and storage and handling problems associated with wood heat. No chain-saws, wood splitters, or trailers to buy and maintain either.
