Thermostatically Controlled

Your home, business, or garage's thermostat electronically controls the fuel feed system and blower to provide a constant comfortable living environment. The unit will remain lit as long as the bin contains fuel and will shut down automatically if the fuel supply is depleted. The storage bin holds up to 10 bushels of corn in both the 100 and 200 models, which is automatically fed into the combustion chamber as needed.

Along with introducing a new 50k BTU Model, as well as 500k BTU model, Eagle Manufacturing has made several key improvements to its Corn Furnaces. The Model 100 is totally redesigned for 2007. These improvements will affect performance, efficiency and convenience. The air flow system has been improved by enlarging the heat exchanger tubes which results in an efficiency increase by 30%! The Eagle Manufacturing 100 and 200 corn furnace model units feature high quality construction for long lasting performance. 11-gauge steel is used on the heat exchanger. We now offer the option of a stainless steel frame. In addition, with each unit you will receive an burn pot for easy cleaning and maintenance.
